Bond & Refunds
An accommodation bond of NZ$150 will be charged at the commencement of accommodation, and will be refunded on departure if the students room is vacated in an acceptable condition.

There will be NO REFUNDS on the weekly short or long term prices. If you pay for a week, you are expected to stay for the week.

All short term and long term prices are inclusive of GST.

All short term and long term prices do not include food, as students prefer to arrange their own meals. However, meals can be arranged for additional prices.

Internet, phone usage, and laundry facilities are charged separately.

These rates are intended to apply until December 2009.

Changes to rates are notified to this website as soon as
practicable. Confirmation of current rates can be obtained
on reservation.
